Employment - Crew Leader
Matt's is seeking to hire crew leaders.
We are an established Lawn Care & Landscaping Company, serving commercial and residential clients in NW Indiana, and Illinois currently interviewing qualified candidates to fill those positions. Our success depends on your success.
Competitive salary with paid overtime
Monday -- Friday with some weekends required
Preference given to candidates who:
- Are able to follow and correctly execute directions and plans without on-site supervision
- Have a valid drivers license without moving violation issues
-Have good customer skills
- Have supervisory experience
Candidates Must:
- Be experienced at directing and executing landscape installation, both hard and softscape such as (but not limited to) brick edging, laying sod, installation and removal of plants, bushes, and trees
- Have at least one season of employment at a commercial lawn care, landscaping company or formal training
- Have employment references
